Room Rental
The Gardens' Conference Room and the adjacent patio and lawn area are available to rent for official U.C. Riverside campus activities; limited municipal, state and federal government functions; and official functions of other campuses. No private parties, weddings or receptions are permitted in the Gardens.
Conference Room Rental Cost:
- UCR Campus agencies: $21 per hour with a four-hour or $84 minimum
- Outside agencies: $31 per hour with a four-hour or $124 minimum
You are charged for Set-up and Take-Down/Clean-Up Time so be sure to include this in your Booking Plans. Chairs and tables are available to use inside the Conference Room or on the patio but may not be used on the lawn; if you need chairs or tables for use on the lawn you must rent them from UCR Physical Plant or another vendor.
